What would happen if some kind of micro-being landed on our planet as an alien form that simply moved at (almost) the speed of light and whose culture could not imagine that life forms as slow as ours could exist?
They would simply not notice us, seeing us as statues standing motionless on this planet? Standing around like trees or mountains. Lucky, some say: An invasion would be averted.
Which begs the question: How many of these encounters have we missed because it just doesn’t fit into our time/worldview?
Should aliens ever come to our planet, travelling at the speed of continental plates, at least the following piece of music would be interesting:
