This is Presbyterian Church function presided by a lady Reverend. Unfortunately, in as much as the church is doing a huge part of sensitizing their congregation about COVID-19, they recently lost a senior Reverend to COVID-19 that has left the church shaken and made people to believe that COVID-19 is real.
The elders are more keen on observing the COVID-19 guidelines as they are more prone due to their age and other underlying health conditions. The young living in cities and Towns like Nairobi have been advised not to travel upcountry where their elderly parents and relatives reside to protect them.

Market places have changed alot. However some people do not observe the covid 19 guidelines of wearing masks and washing hands hence increasing the chances of contracting the virus in market places.
The transport sector has been negatively affected by the corona virus. Drivers have to carry half the capacity to maintain the social distance, they have to fumigate the vehicles daily but unfortunately,they only do this for fear of police officers and often flout the rules hence increasing the risk of spreading the virus.
Kenyans are wearing face masks more because of fear of being arrested more than for their own personal protection against COVID-19 pandemic. From the above, Kenyans have quickly adapted to the “new normal” of behaving in public.
A group of youths engaged in charity work of donating food items to a children’s home during the hard economic times occasioned by COVID-19. The youths got so carried away that they temporarily forgot to observe COVID-19 guidelines of social distancing and wearing masks.
This is a family having a pizza bite while observing the COVID-19 protocol. Take a keen look at the sitting arrangement which has also factored the guidelines. Things have really changed in Kenya.
