There is no law to wear any masks in public in Germany. No problem going with the dog or go for a walk. Masks need only for public transport or in shops and buildings where people stay together. On the streets peoples have no masks on there faces and life seams to go easy without.

Where peoples come together, they wear masks and try to keep distance, as here at the KVR administrations office in Lindwurmstrasse, waiting for let them inside.

One year ago August 2019, I took some pictures from Theresienwiese, showing the buildup of the Oktoberfest, five minutes from my living place. It shows the skeleton of some beer tents and the progress of buildingup at this time.

This year August 2020, there is no progress, because the mayor of town canceled the Oktoberfest. There is the whole wideness of Theresienwiese with Paulskirche and there are some kids, skateboarding and doing jumps at a installation with there bicycles.

No restrictions of wearing masks in public and some alcohol in the evening and there is trouble. Therefore some cities banned alcohol in the evening to lower the infection rate.
