So there you have it folks, my ramblings about a couple of Australian tunes that rattled around my head whilst on the road in the great country.
I looked over at the other people fishing and they were waving at me. I waved back to these friendly souls and carried on
What you perceive to be an insult is probably someone being super friendly. Just smile!
The sand was like something I had never felt before. As you walked on it – it squeaked. It was so fine, just like the sand in an egg timer. Truly beautiful.
It is unadvisable to drive on the roads in Australia after dark, as this is the time when bulls, cows, kangaroos etc decide that the highway is the place to be.
Now, I did not realise how big a wombat can be. I always thought that they were possibly the size of cuddly little hamsters
If you have never visited Australia, it is hard to describe the sky there. It seems bigger and brighter somehow.
There was a movement across the sand. Upon closer inspection, the beach was full of tiny blue crabs.
